 Good Things Come To Those Who Wait
I met my husband in October of 2004. We dated for a while, and we both knew this was it. We married on April 4, 2008. It was an amazing wedding. Although we knew right away, it took a while due to him being in the military and deploying, and then a big move for both of us across the country. But it finally happened, and was definitely worth the wait. The best thing about Lavalife was getting to know each other first. I always tease him that had we met out at a bar, I wouldn't have given him the time of day... not because he wasn't cute, but because he wasn't my "type" of guy. Short but Sweet, Lifetime Happiness
I was through with dating and only logged onto Lavalife occasionally to see how other people I'd "met" online were getting along. I'd made some good friends through the service, but had given up on finding the ONE. He sent me a short but sweet email, and I just had to give him the courtesy of a reply. We didn't last long on Lavalife after that. Neither of us likes to spend a lot of time on the computer. Now, four years later, we're happily celebrating the first anniversary of our marriage. I prayed for my soul mate to be sent into my life a month before logging on to your site. After a month of being on your site we found each other.
